Since 2015, my career has been dedicated to People-focused roles, spanning People Operations, Workforce Management, Global Mobility, Immigration, Employee Engagement and Experience, Employee Relations, Program Management, and Training. Presently, I excel as an expert HR Business Partner and HR Consultant, concurrently working with multiple Human Resource Consulting Services companies.

Previously, I held the pivotal position of People Operations Manager at a 2-year-old start-up. During my tenure, I conceptualized and implemented programs and processes across HR functions, resulting in robust, scalable, and efficient HR systems that seamlessly facilitated the entire employee life cycle.

Before this, I advanced from Operations Demand Manager for the Americas to the role of Program Manager of People Operations and Total Rewards. In these capacities, I orchestrated projects catering to global teams in compensation, benefits, equity, and HRIS. I fostered cross-functional collaboration to ensure preparedness for ISO, SOX, and SOC2 audits, establishing stringent compliance protocols.

My academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. I'm a proud member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and hold the designation of a certified human resources professional (SHRM-CP). Additionally, I am a dedicated member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®.
